📚 Chapter Theory & Introduction

The air around us changes every day. Sometimes it is very hot, sometimes it is cold, and sometimes it rains. This daily change in the air is called Weather. When the same weather stays for many months, it is called a Season!

हमारे चारों ओर की हवा रोज़ बदलती है। कभी बहुत गर्मी होती है, कभी ठंड होती है, तो कभी बारिश। हवा के इस रोज़ के बदलाव को मौसम (Weather) कहते हैं। जब एक जैसा मौसम कई महीनों तक रहता है, तो उसे ऋतु (Season) कहते हैं!

Different Types of Weather & Seasons (विभिन्न प्रकार के मौसम और ऋतुएँ)

1. Types of Weather (मौसम के प्रकार)

  • Sunny Day (धूप वाला दिन): The sun shines brightly. It feels hot. We wear cotton clothes and eat ice cream.
  • Cold Day (ठंड का दिन): It feels chilly. We wear woollen clothes to stay warm.
  • Rainy Day (बारिश का दिन): Water falls from the clouds. We use raincoats and umbrellas.
  • Windy Day (हवादार दिन): Strong wind blows. Leaves and kites fly in the sky.

2. Our Main Seasons (मुख्य ऋतुएँ)

☀️ Summer Season (ग्रीष्म ऋतु - गर्मी)

Months are very hot. Days are long and nights are short. We use fans, coolers, or ACs to stay cool.

इस ऋतु में बहुत गर्मी होती है। हम ठंडी चीजें खाना और पीना पसंद करते हैं।

❄️ Winter Season (शीत ऋतु - सर्दी)

Months are very cold. Days are short and nights are long. We sit near fires or bonfires.

इस ऋतु में बहुत ठंड होती है। हम गर्म दूध, सूप और गर्म खाना पसंद करते हैं।

🌧️ Monsoon / Rainy Season (वर्षा ऋतु - बरसात)

It rains heavily. Plants and trees look green and fresh. Sometimes we see a beautiful Rainbow in the sky after rain.
